"Happy New Year" or should I say "Happy New
Millennium," from the entire Las VegaN family to you and your family!
hat a year! It was a year full of surprises, and we are all looking
toward what the New Millennium and the New Year will bring to each and every one of us.
Are we heading for some type of disaster or big surprise for the "Y2K" syndrome?
Everyone seems to be apprehensive, and the media certainly isnt helping alleviate
those fears. The hype is so unbelievable, that you start to wonder if it is the end of the
world!?
We have to continue on with our day-to-day lives and our visions for
a better life for our children and ourselves. We at the Las VegaN have set our goals for
the future. We will be changing and expanding with the times to better accommodate our
readers and our advertisers.
I do extend my personal thanks to the family of Las VegaN, from
editors to designers, artists, printers, writers, managers and consultants, for all of
their efforts in making the Las VegaN a success, thereby bringing to our readers and
advertisers the best for the best!
